-Job Objective: Coordinate, review & controls work activities related to the Installation, Testing, & Commissioning of RAN network & equipment’s in the region as per design specification, policies & quality standards.-Functional Responsibilities: 1.Handling BSS Network Project activities including plan, evaluate and follow up the scopes. 2.Coordinating with all parties such as BSS plan, TXM and implementation, before within and after the planning stage. 3.Controlling preparing, validating negotiating, reporting and documenting and with all planning stockholders. 4.Select engineering techniques to solve problems and makes design recommendations. 5.Contribute to negotiation and selection process for vendors. 6.Direct preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects. 7.Provides advice, guidance and support in identifying and resolving complex faults/criticalities/concerns in close coordination with the relevant HO/Regional Sections, Consultants/Contractors/Manufacturers/Government Agencies as required. 8.Monitor planning costs to assist in the control of departmental budgets. 9.Participate in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work. 10.Coordinates the planning, prioritization and assignment of targets/tasks of various Engineering teams with respect to installation, commissioning, operations, rectification and maintenance of various equipment and other related works. 11.Coordinates reviews and follows-up with concerned HO Engineering sections regarding quality assurance checks, standards and interventions. 12.Keeps update of the technical developments relating to planning and design, execution and maintenance of Telecommunications systems and services

• Follow up the installation commissioning and technical integration with the Vendor(s). •Drive performance of vendor implementation teams, provide support as needed and pro-actively suggest improvement initiatives. •Prepare status reports and communicate progress appropriately to senior management. •Validation of vendor’s acceptance testing plans through cross-departments. • Supervise and perform the acceptance testing execution of the given projects. •Working closely and coordinating with other departments like VAS, operations, IT to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
