I am a Senior Associate, providing advice to employers and employees on all areas of employment law, from advising on recruitment and the preparation of contracts to advising on sickness absence and disciplinary matters. I also advise on a wide range of personal and immigration issues and support our corporate and commercial teams with the employment aspects of corporate transactions. As well as advising on day to day issues, I also help organisations manage strategic changes such as business reorganisations and represent clients at the Employment Tribunal. I also assist businesses with their immigration needs from sponsoring employees to right to work checks. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners Association and regularly provide training to clients and HR professionals on employment and immigration issues.

I qualified as an employment solicitor in October 2009 after completing my training contract with Coffin Mew, and became an Associate in the Employment Team at Coffin Mew in 2013. I advised employers on all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, and gained extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation. I also advised on TUPE in relation to business sales and the outsourcing of contracts, ensuring clients understand the legal requirements and risks and have appropriate contractual protection, including advising in relation to insolvent businesses. I worked with clients ranging from national businesses and local authorities, charities, care homes to local businesses. I also acted for employees, including advising on settlement agreements and employment contracts for senior executives.
