Review all the material submittal and upload them on the Project management software for the Architect approval as well as coordinate with the subcontractor for the progress of the material delivery. Also, distribute the submittals received from the design team to the subcontractor.4. Review the RFI's received from the subcontractor and PM, upload them on the Project management software for the Architect approval. Hyperlink the RFI's on the drawings in Project management software.5. Manage weekly reports of the projects.6. Create the change analysis log and Drawing log, whenever drawings revisions are received. Also, distribute it to the subcontractor.7. Manage all the construction documents and upload them on the Project management software and hyperlink them.8. Review the drawings, and compare it with the other trades and found out the potential discrepancies in the drawings.9. Procure all the closeout documents from the subcontractor and make a closeout manual, hyperlink it and submit it to the PM.9.
