Due to high performance and increased wines sales I became an equity partner. I successfully launched a second location, Incalmo, an Italian taverna, With the second location I completely redesigned and launched a new website for both locations. Currently I manage all FOH operations, including training, human resources, hiring, and scheduling at both locations. While also keeping the role of Beverage Director, I curate and purchase for both restaurants. The role of managing partner allowed me to take on the responsibility of financial officer in the group. This role includes handling payroll, fostering relationships with suppliers (both food and beverage) to boost profits of the restaurant, developing future feasible financial targets that can be met by our staff and managers.

Created a focused beverage program, earning Tacoma's first Wine Spectator Award. Raised overall wine sales by 78%. Implemented a FOH staff wine curriculum and bi-weekly wine education training.

Promoted from within to this position. Responsible for strategically managing accounts, projects and relationships for a wide variety of clients including, the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia as well as the Boeing Company. Manged and updated company branding, strategy, production projects and events, and created a profitable social media presence. Led training & development for the sales team. Managed company wide logistics and travel.
