• Conducting headhunting & building effective social media sourcing campaigns to create a healthy pool & pipeline of qualified candidates for the various global hiring mandates. • Interviewing job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, behavioral, functional & technical skills, training and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits etc.• Ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) with quality profile submissions. • Escalation Management for all critical positions.• Sharing the application status with the candidates in a timely manner.• Ensuring Salary negotiation, interview coordination, follow-up, Offer Management, Pre – Employment Process for closing candidates.• Managing hiring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), ensuring that process is running efficiently by identifying and implementing process improvements.• Conducting weekly calls to update the supply & demand status to the leadership team of TA Corridor.
