Tad Dritz is a Bioconversion and Hydrogen Lead at Ariel Green. He possess expertise in strategy, start ups, program management, nonprofits, business development and 21 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Nearly all hours of the day Tad is trying to enact the world he wishes to live in whether it is through his work in clean tech, organizing with Green Columbus, interacting with his family and friends, etc. He has the courage to take risks, the ability to get creative, and the pragmatism to get the job done. He knows that "more" is possible through collaboration and that collaboration is as much about having fun / making "fun" a priority as it is about working toward a common vision. When we started working together on the first city-wide Earth Day (2007), I could see that Tad's courage, creativity, and pragmatism were enabling him to envision and execute such a large endeavor. At the time, Tad had to convince me that it was acceptable to think SO courageously and creatively. No small feat as my dominate thought process until that time was focused on compliance, homogeneity, and accuracy as an accountant/auditor. I came to internalize that which was so natural for Tad. Today, I feel so grateful for his encouragement to do so as it has changed how I define what is possible- not only for myself but also for a sustainable future."
