Report to Hotel Manager in a daily basis.Customer service.Deal with all customer enquiries in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.Assistant reservation department supervisor (Summer 2014).Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.Coordination of Hotel's departments.Call center operation.Invoicing and communication with clients and travel agencies.

Night shift receptionist.Daily closure, Department charges checking.Managing customer accounts.Managing incoming tourists and check-ins and check-outs.Invoicing.Reservations in coordination with the reservations department.Customer service and problem solving.Daily reports to the hotel's owners.

Warehouse check and package delivery.Transportation documents check.

Perform cashier duties.Supervise the activities of checkout stations on a constant basis.Evaluate performance of cashiers and provide managers with information.Generate and maintain account related reports.Ensure that all items are appropriately displayed on shelves.Provide assistance with year-end inventory preparation.

Promotion of mobile telephony services.

Providing information greek and foreigners about Thessaloniki and Greece in general.Gathering information about Hotels (in Thessaloniki), Museums and Archeological sites in Greece.Creation of detailed catalogues and leaflets for the facilitation of tourists on their stay and transportation.

Ticket issuing (Airline, Ferry, Train)Reservations for single and package clients.Use of Amadeus platform.Creation of individual or group vacation packages.Comunication with partners for the renewal of contracts for winter season 2010.

Serving and order receiving.Organizing the restaurant's cellar.

Interior and exterior car care tender.
