As the Director Of Infomation Technology of Boulder Housing Partners, I oversee all technical aspects of the company. This multi-faceted role involves supporting Zimbra, Microsoft Exchange 2013 cluster and IMAIL email hosting environment for 1,000+ email accounts while simultaneously providing email and website hosting services for 300+ clients. As manager of the support team, I am accountable for six locations over WAN and NLAN / MOE connections and for supporting ten high available VMware hosts. During this time, I have also managed several projects including:- Planning and implementation of enterprise backup solution with cross-replication for redundancy - Design of 475,000 sq ft warehouse Wi-Fi network - Design and construction of eight data centers- Implementation of enterprise web load balancers across two sites for site-to-site failover (99.999% uptime maintained)- Migration of all physical servers to VMware environment- Migration to Office 365- Planning and implementation of highly available VoIP Interaction intelligence phone system

I set up, installed and maintained all IT equipment for the company and proactively supported the VMware environment, Exchange 2007, 2008 AD, IIS, Time Matters, Worldox and VoIP Phone system (ININ). The support team I managed utilized the Track IT helpdesk software to respond to tickets from in office and remote users. I also managed the company’s backup strategy with disk to disk backup syncing to office site data center over WAN. - Planning and design of 2 new office locations data centers and network cabling- Implementation of enterprise web load balancers - Migration of all physical servers to Microsoft Hyper-V- Planning and implementation VoIP Interaction intelligence phone system

During this time, I helped to improve the company’s technical operations with the design, purchase and implementation of new hardware and software and through managing the company’s network. This multi-site setup involved supporting three offices over WAN with 35 users including managing all backups across each site using Asigra software (DS3).
