During a career in IT spanning more than 18 years, I have acquired considerable expertise managing all aspects of network design, implementation and maintenance across multiple locations. I have worked with companies to optimize their security, capacity and functionality, including migrating physical servers to VMware environments, implementing innovative backup solutions and introducing enterprise web load balancers. As an experienced Director Of Infomation Technology, I have had full accountability for IT equipment inventory control as well as sourcing and purchasing new hardware and software according to specific business requirements. I have also set up, managed and trained, dedicated teams that provide technical support to up to 500+ end users both on-site and remotely.Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to manage a number of key projects, including the design and construction of eight data centers, office 365 migration and the development of a 475,000 sq ft warehouse network with highly redundant wi-fi network.
