Finding a connection with people by looking at their perspective and appreciating what they have to say is key. It’s the strategy I use to uncover how people think. In turn, it’s used to help highlight what we can do to help them succeed or how something we offer can benefit them and improve their lives.At the root of everything, people are at the forefront of the projects I work on and the campaigns we do. The best results come from collaboration within the team, across departments, and through customer insights. I chip away at the wealth of knowledge from all sides and find which pieces fit best into an overall strategic picture and campaign.I’m constantly evolving, learning, and growing.
