We set aggressive output and efficiency targets weekly, with daily tactical check-ins including previous 24 hour reviews and forward looking daily projections. I owned the Tool downtime indicators for those lines and was hands-on in terms in repairing the tools. I was responsible for tool-repair escalations with vendors. I managed tool performance through our process control systems. This involved monitoring the PCS and adjusting optimal settings and parameters to ensure the highest quality alignment to the production standards.
