St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center Lewiston, Idaho

A 7-week travel contract was completed at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center. Sleep studies were performed in the 4-bed lab on a pediatric and adult population. Experience was gained with the Philips Respironics Alice 6 sleep software program.

OU Children's Hospital Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

A 20-week contract was completed at the 8-bed sleep lab within the Children's Hospital. Sleep studies were performed on ages newborn through adults. Further experience was gained with the Embla Sandman sleep software.

A 13-week staffing contract was completed at the 6-bed sleep lab within Children's Hospital. The patients ages ranged from newborns through pediatrics. Further experience was gained with Natus Sleepworks sleep software.

University Hospital- Columbia, Missouri

A 13-week travel assignment was completed at the sleep disorder center within University Hospital in Columbia, MO. In this 6-bed lab, sleep studies were performed on an adult patient population. Proficiency was gained using the Natus Sleepworks diagnostic software.

Kootenai Health- Coeur D'Alene, ID

For 39 weeks (three 13-week travel contracts), I worked at Kootenai Health Sleep Disorder Center. At this 4-bed laboratory, sleep studies were performed on patients ranging in age from 3 years old to adults. Proficiency using Grass technologies sleep software was gained. 4 weeks were spent on dayshift scoring sleep studies, troubleshooting Grass software.

Spokane Valley, WA

While on a travel assignment in Idaho, I began working extra PRN shifts at this lab. Sleep studies were performed on adolescents and adults. Proficiency was gained using the Embla Sandman Elite sleep diagnostic software.

In this 9-bed lab, sleep studies were performed on patients ranging in age from infants to adults. Occasionally, sleep studies were performed on hosptial inpatients utilizing portable equipment. Proficiency was gained using the CareFusion Somnostar z4 Sleep System. I worked two to three 12-hour shifts per week during my time at Cox Sleep Disorder Center.

University Of Missouri Women's And Children's Hospital- Columbia, MO

Four consecutive 13-week travel contracts were completed in the 2-bed pediatric sleep disorder lab at this facility. The patients ages ranged from newborns to 20 year olds. Pediatric patients can be difficult to perform EEG hook-ups on, especially those under 5 years of age or with mental or developmental disabilities, and I gained a lot of valuable.

Missouri Rehabilitation Center; Mount Vernon, MO

Diagnostic, split-night and titration studies were performed on an adult patient population, primarily composed of Veterans Administration patients due to a contract the University of Missouri had with the VA.
