Job Responsibilities• Supervision of venders and subcontractors in installation, commissioning and integration of BTS/Microwave/Transmission, and power equipment into the Network for Ethiotelecom SR region.• Handle Ethiotelecom issues related to RAN and transmission section in south region (SR)• Validate site design, site commissioning documents along with site performance and KPI’s• Assesses network performance of sites and analyzed NAR (network availability rate)• Plan, build & maintain the RAN & Transmission Access networks.• Report and Update status of RAN and transmission section activities.• Ensure good quality on all installed and commissioned telecom equipment that meet design requirements.• Responsible for timely completion of assigned project milestones.• Identify areas of network weakness and suggest measures for improvement.• Perform Corrective and preventive maintenance for 4G,3G, 2G, transmission and CDMA network elements.• Monitor and Operate all 4G, 3G, 2G, CDMA, and Transmission Services.• Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance on RAN/Msites• Monitor sites from BSC’s and RNC’s• Coordinate with all other Team PS Core, CS core, Optimization and NNOC• Support DT teams in coordination with site supervisor• Troubleshoot Ericsson RBS6000 Serious internal and external alarm• Troubleshoot, install, integrate and commission Ericsson Baseband• Implement BSC & RF parameter using Ericsson OSS Server and WinFIOL /ENM/CITRICS• Rehome different BSC’s and plan transmission and optimization• Upgrade package, backup package and edit script• Troubleshoot post integration KPI and low TCH issues• Remotely monitor, configure, clear MW links alarm &Troubleshoot Ericsson mini-link (20P, 6p)

Job Responsibilities• Installation and configuration of power (AC, AC+DG, solar, DG+BB)• commissioning, integration, maintenance all power solutions• Passive telecom experience on Rectifiers, Batteries, site electrical system, DG and cooling system. Perform Quality measures and Audits.• Sites in Coordinates with site supervisors /sub-cons.• Submit the Quality Spot check report on regular basis for assigned sites• Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance on power, RAN/MW
