I am a Data Strategy profissional with more than 15 (fifteen) years of experience and during these last 6 (six) years I have been leading and managing Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Platforms and Advanced Analytics projects and squads.I have already implemented dozens of Data Decisions solutions in different business companies, such as: heath care management, hospital, pharmaceutical, chemistry industries, financial, factoring area, digital baking, payments solutions, real estate, telecommunication, education and internet startup services.Beside I have experience about building data teams and squads, leading data projects (using agile frameworks, Scrum, Kanban and LEAN), managing people (management 3.0, one on one and OKRs) and implementing data strategy (data mesh and data governance) I also have strong technical skills such as fluence in SQL language, data models (Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Star Schema, Snow Flake and Data Vault), Big Data Pipeline (Lake House with AWS and GCP) and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI and Tableau).Furthermore I teach data at Data Associate’s Degree and Data Graduate School.In addition, I am very interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, science and financial investments.Feel free to contact me here to exchange experiences and new ideas.
