Advising Ifes' rector and institutional teams on matters of entrepreneurship and innovation habitats and ecosystems. Advising general directors of the 21 campuses of Ifes on the same issues. Advising interinstitutoinal project teams, including the Industry Federation of Espírito Santo (Findes), the Entrepreneurial Movement Espírito Santo in Action (ngo), and the Oil and Gas Capixaba Forum (FCP&G) on technical and policy mattersMy responsibilities include:- Stablishing relationships and interinstitutional collaborative networks aimed at the deployment of innovation poles- Development of deployment projects- Managing deployment projects- Hiring and trainning teams- Private and public fundraising for projects- Pioneering active search for clients (regional, national and international)- Turning key for first managing board of directors and governance board of deployed innovation poles

The Pro-rectory for Extension and Production at IFES is the institutional entity responsible for continuing education, editorial policy, community and entrepreneurial relations, international afairs, technological extension, technology management and innovation habitats.

Organized the first research groups; organized the first grant's programs for students and researchers; launched the first distance learning graduate programs; launched the first master degree program Metalurgical and Materials Engineering); created the Ifes Incubator and the Ifes Innovation Agency (Agifes)

Pioneered the first institutional programs to develop activities and the culture of research and extension all over the nine Cefetes' campuses.Note: Cefetes was merged with three former Agrotechnical Federal Schools in 2008 to create Ifes.

Position for advising the general director from Cefetes on planning territorial expansion through new campuses, and also for advising the directors for deployment of the new units on technological vocations in alignment with regional economic trends and industrial clusters.

Directional position for managing high school teaching programs and vocational education programs in the context of a huge institutional transformation: from the Vocational Federal School of Espírito Santo (ETFES) to the Federal Center for Technological Education of Espírito Santo (Cefetes). A curriculum reform was deployed, adopting the competency approach. Higher education was deployed through Technology degrees.

Factory of Ideas is a new facility from Ifes, located in Vitória, the capital city from the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil. It's formally called Reference Center for Education, Entrepreneuship and Open Innovation, and was deployed in partnership with the municipality of Vitória. Its mission is to foster the culture of innovation in society. To do this, it promotes entrepreneurial education, applied research and technological extension. And supports innovative entrepreneurship by offering services of co-working and maker spaces, technological and criative incubators, and business accelerators.
