I am a highly motivated, punctual and ambitious individual, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have adapted proficient computer and keyboard skills and have also worked in areas in which I have gained customer service and management skills. I have completed a number of courses which comprised of many different modules including; Legal practices and procedures, Business administration, security management, conflict resolution, crime prevention, customer service, manual + computerized payroll and ECDL. I recently completed a bachelors degree in criminology which I now teach at QQI level 5 as part of my teaching placement.I am also hold a post graduate diploma in adult and further education.My main area of specialty is the security industry and the policies and practices therein. I have a keen interest in the study of both public and private policing throughout Ireland and the UK and have completed a dissertation on the partnerships between both organizations within the British context.
