Great Agent is a start-up based out of Austin, Texas. I joined this early stage start-up and played a major part in their growth into new markets across the US as well as growing the team from 2 to 14 employees when I left the role to move back to Dublin.My responsibilities were extremely varied as it was a start-up business:- Create, manage and monitor all client's SEM campaigns with a monthly budget of +$15,000. - Create email marketing campaigns to acquire new business- Manage team of 5 interns responsible for a real estate news website: realtyleadership.com- Conduct product demonstrations for brokers and owners of real estate companies and close new dealsAlong with this, some of my achievements are included below:- Dropping the CPC of all client's accounts by +52%- Closing clients with annual ARR of $1,000,000- Recruited team members building team from 2 -> 14 employees.

Working on the personal injury claims team, we were dealing with claimant cases from all across the country. The experience of working with solicitors, different firms, and insurance brokers on the different cases has stood to me hugely given the work I now do with Evolve Marketing and for law firms.
