Responsible for the design and launch of a new branding campaign including community collateral, signage, advertising, and web presence. - Launched and maintain (big picture) a new, highly-interactive website. - Spearheaded the creation of new collateral materials to hand-out to homebuyers, including Homebuyer Experience DVD, Road Map to Your SummerHill Home, and a Design Studio brochure. - Respond to all corporate and community press calls as corporate media liaison. - Develop marketing and advertising strategies for communities. - Created marketing budgets for all communities. - Direct and manage the start-up and ongoing maintenance of all communities with regards to sales offices including all collateral materials that are in the offices as well as all items that drive traffic to the community. Coordinate the development and oversee the maintenance of multiple websites. - Develop and implement promotional campaigns and events. - Manage and prepare entries for the Gold Nugget and Best in American Living Awards. - Oversees the company’s community giving program, including event parties and non-mainstream items, such as overseeing the creation of other entities’ collateral materials (Elaine sits on the board of these entities) and Rebuilding Together. - Direct the quarterly newsletter, corporate brochure, and mini-corporate brochure. - Direct photography and filming of model homes and communities.- Main SummerHill liaison for Gumas Advertising, EMC (Ad Agencies) and Marketshare. Trained as a 71L for the 205th MI Brigade, Frankfurt, Germany. During my second year at the 205th, I was crossed trained by our brigades S4 Major to handle 73D responsibilities; which was to commit and obligate the purchasing requests for the 205MI brigade.
