These tools assist with tasks ranging from research and troubleshooting to code generation and optimization, helping to maintain efficiency and precision in my work.In addition to overseeing in-house DB2 development and design, I manage remote contractors for ongoing DB2 system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades. As the principal systems administrator, I use tools like SSH, Bash, and cron to keep host, client, and network environments functional.Beyond development, I work closely with corporate customers in pre- and post-sales support, performing network evaluations, solution design, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance to address complex system interactions. I also serve as the principal networking engineer, responsible for our cloud infrastructure and VPN links to MNSP partners such as Acumera, Mako, and PDI, as well as to major customers.

Designed and implemented a extensible, object oriented sub-system to issue requests to and acquire data from the Sabre backend using HLLAPI and shippable code modules.
