We offer a variety of telecom & technology services covering all aspects of telecom, networking, and infrastructure. Some services include: Telephone Repair/Service - Structured Cabling - Telecom Equipment - Network Design and Installation - Carrier Readiness (Demarc Extension) - WiFi - FiberProject Management:Oversee the planning for and the day-to-day execution of multiple network infrastructure projects on a national scale of business. • Monitor and track project tasks, timelines, milestones and overall quality of activities • Participate in the review of contractor designs and offer technical expertise to develop requirements for each project which requires collaboration with construction, network, voice, security, media, and field engineers• Attend weekly meetings with key project stakeholders including other trade vendors, project managers, and executive staff to communicate the overall progress of all projects• Facilitate communication between customer and technician by proactively updating customers on the status of their service issues and requests daily• Coordinate with vendors to request quotes, negotiate contracts, and maintain a national network of 1000+ skilled technicians• Design site-specific layouts for technicians to identify scope of work, convey customer expectations, and reduce time on site• Perform quality assurance functions such as validating on-site tech photos to ensure technician is following the approved designCompany Development:• Web design – create and manage company website as well as multiple company social media outlets to increase internet footprint & SEO• Documentation – develop presentations to potential new customers highlighting company services. Establish company standards and develop a new employee guidebook.• Inventory – maintain warehouse of 500+ phones and various telecom equipment
