Gathered data and insights to develop a future solution, evaluating its impact on processes, org structures, staffing, technology, and ways of working. Received business case approval and secured EUR20m to implement Live Chat worldwide for over 200,000 customers as a lever to drive more product growth and enhance support for existing products.

Founder of Atlassian's first ever padel club which I named 'TEAM Padel' - a play on the company stock ticker name 😉 Grew membership from 5 initially to 100+ members within six months.Secured funding - a first for a company sports/social club - enabling the offering of weekly matches, training schemes and tournaments free of charge to club members.Became the most popular social club for employees in the Netherlands based on number of total and active members.

Led the Strategy & Planning team of 14 across EMEA. Customer Operations Leadership Team member.
