Leading a team of propulsion engineers supporting:- Delta PW1500G & PW1100G-JM on-wing fleet safety & reliability- Delta TechOps Geared Turbofan (GTF) engine shop maintenance- Delta TechOps CF34 engine shop maintenance- Propulsion data analytics

- CFM56-5A program- Responsible for managing reliability of Delta's CFM56-5A engines- Provide technical guidance for engine and component shops to repair and overhaul Delta’s CFM56-5A engines- Investigate on-wing issues to identify root cause and implement corrective action- Author and manage engine inspection and repair projects to improve safety, reliability, and quality of Delta’s A319/A320 propulsion systems

- PW2000 core configuration- Responsible for managing reliability of Delta's PW2000 engines- Investigate on-wing discrepancies to identify root cause and implement corrective action- Author and manage projects related to engine core hardware

- F135 Joint Strike Fighter engine Diffuser/Combustor in production & development- PurePower PW1100G geared turbofan engine Turbine Airfoils in production & development- PW4000, F100, V2500, and F119 engines Diffuser/Combustor/Turbine in operation- Closely worked with structures, aerothermals, durability, product definition, and manufacturing (internal & vendors/suppliers)- Daily use of 2D blueprint drawings, GD&T, NX Unigraphics 3D models, SAP, quality assurance data, bill of materials, configuration management, and Teamcenter- Innovative design studies, quality nonconformance resolutions, engineering changes, serviceable limit tasks, root cause & corrective action, and hands-on analytical condition inspections- Engineering tasks related to production ramp-up, cost savings, weight reduction, life improvement, fuel efficiency, as well as thrust, ergonomic, and process improvements- Responsible for technical documentation- Daily tasks focused on hardware at various fabrication/manufacturing levels- Daily efforts geared towards export control of highly sensitive technical data

- Engine Maintenance Technical Services (PW2000 & PW4000 turbofan engines)- Responsible for documentation of damage/wear on PW4000 maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) customer engines from assembly to piece part (all hardware from inlet to exhaust including externals) followed by detailed technical communication to MRO customers- Daily collaboration with shop mechanics and propulsion engineers about hardware damage and repair plans- Special hands-on projects on wear trends of the Compressor/Combustor/Turbine associated with life cycles and wear location to initiate improvements- Worked on creating the Delta TechOps PW4000 Workscope Planning Guide- Worked on engineering authorization document cutovers for the Delta Air Lines & Northwest Airlines merger

- Worked as an RA for freshmen in Smith Hall of the Georgia Tech Department of Housing- Responsible for promoting and celebrating diversity within the community- Responsible for the residential safety and social well-being of freshman residents
