Investor Relations:I played an integral role in the company's funding activities. Specifically, I was responsible for constructing a comprehensive pitching deck and presenting our company to numerous potential investors. In addition to providing an overview of our organization, I also oversaw the majority of the due diligence process as one of the primary account holders. I was able to secure investment from one of our investors during the fund series.Business Development:During my time in the Business Development project, I was involved in the development of a go-to-market strategy and entry project for global business expansion. I spent 2.5 months in the United States to normalize the CLIA lab operation and proposed collaboration points to various CROs and CSOs to penetrate the market. Furthermore, I provided a market analysis and competitor landscape information to establish an initial framework for our new business model launch project.National R&D Project:In this role, I was responsible for writing various nationally funded projects to secure R&D funding from the government. I was able to obtain the necessary funding for our projects.
