Pia Space is a start up in South Korea that helps people to prepare career path as a consultant and finance expert with online case content and customized career consulting service.As a content producer, I filmed and edited lecture videos related to consultant preparation. To curate contents related to consulting firm, I read and organized business related newsletters every morning. The content I published reached 1,000+ job seekers that are interested in consulting firm recruitment.Working at a startup for the first time, I was able to learn how people communicate and how work progress in a small company. I processed my work quickly and freely suggested ideas for the development of the company.

I hosted two weeks of recruiting events with nine different programs and arranged interviews for all potential new members. Considering the special situation of Covid19, I thought about how to grab participants’ attentions in online circumstances.

Global Green Growth Supporter is a public program of South Korea's Foreign Ministry to raise awareness in climate change and environmental diplomacy. I organized Instagram campaign that gained 100+ participants from Korea, England, Netherlands, United States, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore in two months. I was responsible for directing and editing videos regardless of genre such as interviews, campaign advertisements, etc. Thanks to the success of the project and the fantastic teamwork, my team was selected as the best team and won the Foreign Minister’s Award.

GoogGoog is a production company that creates Korean TV commercials and viral advertisements. As an assistant director, I prioritized and multi-tasked in a fast-paced production environment. I worked collaboratively with directors and producers by participating in idea meetings and generated storyboards through the use of teamwork and creative ideas. I presented an idea that properly reflected the trends of the MZ generation for the idea pitch for cosmetics advertising and it was submitted as the company’s representative idea for competition. In two months, I participated in five shooting commercials to help the site progress smoothly. I organized files and documents to track daily progress against entire schedule. I am confident with coming up with creative ideas and working in fast-paced environment with organized plans.
