Mentor- Assisting students with their undergraduate Industrial Psychology courses.Working on a research project- Developing a proposal, writing a literature review, editing a research project.Assisting with the development of a Industrial Psychology Society on campus-Developing a framework for the society, writing letters and contacting the relevant individuals to assist in this process.Invigilating- Invigilating undergraduate industrial psychology tests.

Have learnt valuable marking, leadership, listening and organisational skills through this process and more importantly I found the experience quiet rewarding.
