Partnered with key stakeholders and the product team to create a marble run that demonstrated Shoplogix’s live tracking abilities. This display increased trade show contracts by 36%. Led the design and development of the U of Waterloo’s Course Development Tracking System. Developed front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and presented a storyboard to key stakeholders for feedback. This resulted in one single repository for all educational resources.

Converted decision trees into decision tables and modernized the business work flow of the Employment Insurance application process. To achieve this, Visio was utilized to create a business process model and notation (BPMN).
