Co-founder of Reality San Francisco. We are a church community living in San Francisco who have been renewed by the Gospel of Jesus. Our desire is to see our city renewed by embodying and proclaiming this Gospel.Reality SF began in 2010 with a few dozen people and has become an established church community with ~2k weekly congregants and 30 staff members. As an Elder in the church, I directly oversee the business and finances and support the operations team. As the primary leader of the executive finance team and serving as the Secretary & Treasurer of the Board of Directors, we oversee an annual budget of ~$7m. Since our inception, we have provided $7m+ to local ministry partners, missionaries, and church plants in SF.

Managed National Sales and Marketing account for Carrier/Bryant Distributors and Dealer Networks in North America to increase online market share with brand consistency through strategic online marketing initiatives.

Coordinated the acquisition and development of over 100 Carl’s Jr. Corporate and Franchise restaurant locations. Led the implementation, design and deployment of online project management initiative; appointed to System Administrator for all 3,133 existing CKE Restaurants. Very familiar with construction and design issues and entitlement processes.

Analyzed high net worth client data, recommended appropriate loan placement and discussed real estate investment recommendations considering the impact to other investment, tax, retirement and estate planning client concerns.

Co-founded finance company with $15,000 initial investment in short-term, secondary-finance auto loans. Increased monthly cash flow from $1,580 to over $8,200 within first year; increased A/R balance to over $130,000 during same period. Managed portfolio of +100 auto loans and provided clients with financial advisory services including credit monitoring and counseling through Jax City Motors. Established new finance relationships with three lenders; increased lease penetration from 8% to 14%.

Directed and managed all phases of sales, finance, service, and parts departments. Increased sales by 30%, from $920,000 to $1.3 million, reduced debt from 38% to 14%, improved R.O.E. from -10% to 3%. Managed $3,000,000 line of credit and negotiated all purchases of vehicles from local and regional auctions.
