Korean-Canadian Heritage Archives (KCHA) Project• Prepared and distributed the donation packages for potential donors residing in Eastern Canada (ON, QC, NB, NL, NS, and PE), in order to collect the Korean-Canadian related cultural and historical materials and updated the list of contact information of responded donors• Established the KCHA call number system – first classifying the materials by subjects followed by preserving by formats – that improves convenience for both users and the archival process• Archived, preserved, and digitized the received materials to formulate the KCHA online database• Mastered the McCune-Reischauer Korean Romanization system to Romanize the information of donated and purchased materials in Korean in the KCHA online database• Assisted the Korea Studies Librarian with the urgent tasks such as making posters and flyers for upcoming conferences, preparing for funding proposals and meeting agendas
