I was the US and global co-lead of the IT Development Program (ITDP), and the US Intern Program Manager for the Dell Digital organization. The ITDP program is a 2+ year program focused on growing future ready talent. The program focuses on 3 key areas: creating a professional brand, enhancing technical skills and build a social community among the participants. I worked to keep participants engaged and ultimately grow Dell's recent grad pipeline strategy for new talent. I continued to run the successful Dell Digital intern program. I was able to bring our Digital intern acceptance rate for returning offers from 30% - 88%. The program I run is really focused on participants growing their network and getting a taste of corporate life. I act as a liaison that interns experience true Dell culture and they can master their summer projects.

As the Global University Relations IT TA lead, I led our strategy and demand of how we recruit top college talent in our global sites for Dell Digital. Starting my career at Dell I worked as a Business Systems Analyst in the IT Corporate HR Space. During this time I worked on our integration work for a unified HR platform during the Dell and EMC merger. I owned the benefits integrations for both Dell and EMC. I have worked on other tasks such as conversion extract progression reporting, unifying data metrics utilizing Tableau, and acting as a product owner to our rewards and recognition tool.After I transitioned to working on our new rewards and recognition tools. I was the liaison between the developers and the HR team ensuring all requirements were met and delivered.I sat on my team's employee engagement committee, where we encourage volunteering and team offsite gatherings.During my time in this role I was a part of the IT Development Program. I was the lead for the Welcoming & Onboarding committee. I work with my committee by orchestrating the welcoming process and guide new hires through a successful onboarding process. I also run our new hire" boot camp". I was a top performer in the program and was selected out of 100 participants to attend the EMEA Summit in Ireland.

As an intern I worked in the IT Corporate HR space. I helped teams by tracking the transition of projects from the traditional waterfall method to the agile methodology. I controlled an online dashboard to produce agile metrics such as velocity and burn down charts. Also I sat on the planning committee for our intern social committee. I was able to film and edit a video for our final internship projects.
