-Prepare and manage estimating, risk analysis, bids, and proposals for projects-Working with the Project Management team and Operations, Develop Job Estimates and Budgets.-Procure sub-contractor quotes.-Identify project risk and mitigation strategy.-Compute costs by analyzing labor, equipment, material, rentals, and subcontractors.-Ensure submission of proposals or bid delivery to the customer.-Enter the results and track the status of all Proposals and Bids in the project management system.-Maintain an estimating database of history and costs.-Procure all Plans and Specifications for all projects accepted by management.

-Organize building management system projects -Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects-Assist Project Manager in project execution & tender estimation-Design the layout of the HVAC system and identify relevant materials-Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others-Supervise subcontractor performance-Attend drawing co-ordination and site meetings

-Organize various projects such as digital construction report projectIs-Attend drawing co-ordination and site meetings-Advice customers regarding maintenance of software system-Develop indoor positioning, testing and develop new technology project, demonstrate to the guest-Assist in tender preparation

-Participate in engineering projects and system development-Provide maintenance services on terminal equipment and facilities-Assist in tender preparation
