Oversee the entire mountain operations of a day destination ski resort. Primary responsibilities include the proper upkeep of machinery including ski chairlift(HS Doppelmayr, Hall, Borvig, MagicCarpet), snow-grooming (Prinoth BisonX, BR350 Sherpa, BR500, MPplus, BR2000, PB200, LMC3700c), and snow-making production facilities( SMI snowmakers, York, Flowtronics). Made capital improvements of equipment to be able to provide the best snow surfaces which included fully automated snowmaking systems, updated chair lift low voltage and drive electrical systems with automated communication capabilities, and manage a state-of-the-art snow grooming fleet. Created and devleloped mountain operations policies. Designed and installed a high speed rope tow system with engineered approval and state permitting approval. Overseen the expansion of a snow tubing operation with includes an 6000sq ft building for customer services, along with a heated outdoor patio, and tube deceleration area. Responsibilities include the management of a staff to handle all aspects of the Mountain Operations, from lift operating personal, equipment technicians, operators, and snow-making personnel. Also provide the leadership, direction, and troubleshooting of all equipment repairs, including VFD drive systems, Safety control circuits, diesel engine overhaul, hydraulic, hydrostatic, and gearbox maintenance.

Establish a new company focused on providing quality parts and service fulfillment of Prinoth Alpine and Trail grooming products, in the Midwest Region of the USA. Including the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas, Iowa, Indiana, and Missouri. Providing customers with valuable resources and tools to properly maintain a fleet of snow grooming products. Also performing customer service training events in the areas of machine maintenance, repair, component overhaul, and operator training.
