I was initially responsible for selling the suite of products available : Infrastructure solutions, Data Center Management, It Consultancy Services. I Managed major government accounts coupled with general business accounts, besides focusing on development & acceleration of sales and implementation of business opportunities.Later I launched the Smart Building Solutions, in coordination with multiple vendors (Honeywell, AMX, Cisco, Crestron, etc...) to many construction companies and real estate investment groups. Focused on stability, integrity, and efficiency of operations of in-house information systems used to support core organizational functions through maintenance, support and optimization of networked software and associated operating systems.Involved in identification, communication and resolution of hardware/software related issues aimed at maximizing benefit to IT systems investments.Installed and configured 16 new Windows 2000 Servers along with rolling out over 1,000 Windows XP client workstations. Also involved in installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and peripheral equipment, followed by design or installation specifications.
