- Management of cross-functional organizational members in leadership and development of specific sales opportunities while offering the full service portfolio to our clients including Cloud Computing, Managed Services, Managed Security, all network access related technologies. - Focus on development and growth of revenue streams within existing accounts aimed at maximizing strategic and commercial aims while recognizing existing and emerging requirements of customers. - Involved in creation, finalization and implementation of long and short term strategies in coordination with relevant business units; identifying areas of opportunity across the full service range and development of strategies for acquiring business in forecast areas.- Development of sector plans and strategies for the key accounts management team; preparation and presentation of technical / financial solutions / recommendations to customers and senior management. Also function as Local Coordinator & Manager for the local key account managers.

I was initially responsible for selling the suite of products available : Infrastructure solutions, Data Center Management, It Consultancy Services. I Managed major government accounts coupled with general business accounts, besides focusing on development & acceleration of sales and implementation of business opportunities.Later I launched the Smart Building Solutions, in coordination with multiple vendors (Honeywell, AMX, Cisco, Crestron, etc...) to many construction companies and real estate investment groups. I created awareness about the new product line and drove the sales pitches to clients and investors.

Functioned as Senior Systems Engineer of the EraPOS System and Team Leader in charge of deployment; involved in roll out of over 175 IBM Point of Sales at multiple client sites.Involved in pre-sales activities like creation, publishing and delivery of executive level presentations apart from providing technical expertise and product related support to clients.Coordinated with Research & Development to increase the functionality and efficiency of the Point of Sale system.

Egypt

Focused on stability, integrity, and efficiency of operations of in-house information systems used to support core organizational functions through maintenance, support and optimization of networked software and associated operating systems.Involved in identification, communication and resolution of hardware/software related issues aimed at maximizing benefit to IT systems investments.Installed and configured 16 new Windows 2000 Servers along with rolling out over 1,000 Windows XP client workstations. Also involved in installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and peripheral equipment, followed by design or installation specifications.
