SAP S/4 1809 Global brownfield implementation.Role : SAP Warehouse Management with Handling Unit management. Project 2: Client: Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec at On-Site, Noida• Leveraged cross-functional collaboration to analyze client needs and deliver expert SAP WM guidance for tailored solutions.• Utilized on-site operational experience and applied practical knowledge to optimize system performance efficiently.• Implemented and configured SAP WM modules, including Master Data, Warehouse Structure, Stock Management, and Inventory Management.• Expertise in managing special stock such as Plant-to-Plant Transport Orders (STO), Consignment, Subcontracting, Pipeline.• Developed and executed comprehensive test scripts, identifying and resolving critical issues during the testing phase.• Mapping of warehouse structure in SAP WM, developing strategies for Put away and Picking and configured warehouse management (WM) settings with various Storage type, sections, storage bins and quants and configured control parameters for Transfer Request/ Transfer Order (TR/TO) in WM. • Collaborated with client teams during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training phases to ensure a smooth transition.• Key contributor to a successful SAP WM implementation, ensuring prompt go-live for a major logistics client and providing ongoing support through issue resolution, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
