Whilst at Dixons Store Group (DSG) I worked with the Category Managers and the Technical Team to improve the existing Tech Guys / Knowhow ‘value add’ services available to the customer in store, through the contact centre and in-home via the Field Service force. In addition, I introduced new services, for example, the in-home Freesat installation service. The role encompassed product evaluation, product development, product improvement as well as product promotion and rollout across internal stakeholders in the Retail Business, Contact Centre, Central Operations, Merchandising, Point of Sale, Third Parties, IT, Legal, Business Standards, Finance, Training and Sales Distribution.
