First as registered representative, then as branch manager. I ran two small broker dealers. I wrote a book on referrals and consulted with advisors nationwide about listening to what their clients value and adjusting their client experience to maximize their value and communicate it more clearly. I am also a practicing advisor. I had the opportunity to merge my network of advisors into TAG Advisors and I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing team.
