An engineer responsible for smooth production flow of Air Conditioners and Microwave Ovens. Working in one of the major refrigeration industries of Pakistan. Managing 4 assembly lines along with 150 workers. Reporting technical issues and solving them with the production team. Foreseeing production planning and inventory management through the ERP system (MS Dynamics). Responsible for the physical audits carried out on the Factory Floor and Raw Material Store. Verifying Engineering guidelines of the product provided by the suppliers and discussing improvements related to product development. Preparing claims sheets in case of wrong, faulty and short supplies of technical parts and discussing it with the supplier. Keeping records of all the units dispatched to Warehouse by implementing a proper scanning system of the barcodes.
