Leading Channel operations and Planning across MENAT. This involves leading all operational activities including Supply Chain digitization, E2E visibility, Order to Cash Cycle, Outbound logistics and Supply Chain optimization with key Logistics service providers (DHL/Schenker/Agility). Responsible of the E2E value chain ensuring faster “Time to ramp up” and faster “Time to market” for new launches. setting the service KPI’s for the external logistics service providers.

Production planning role “Feb’12 – Jan’17”:Led the production planning for the short term “13 wks horizon” and long term “18 Month horizon” by product for Dammam plant “The biggest HairCare manufacturing site in MENA – 10 production lines - ~600-700 product variants”. Led the weekly and monthly rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) For Capacity assessment vs. markets demand and identifies critical supply constraints and develops action plans with the manufacturing site on the short term and long term to ensure 100% Demand coverage. Developed the operating strategy for the entire Damam HairCare plant involving the different site team. Developed the entire changeover matrix for all the 10 production lines enabling best utilization and minimum losses per each production line.SAP and OMP+ Keyuser role “Apr’14 – Jan’17”:Led all HairCare category SAP developments, new transactions and fixing all SAP and planning issues. Supporting business end users (Finished product planners, raw and pack material planners and initiative planners for both Dammam and Pakistan sites) providing first line system advice, investigating process/system incidents as well as continuous improvement achieving best in class standard process work frame. Led system design/configuration improvements to enable efficiency and effectiveness across planning roles. Responsible for all the operational activities in SAP for all the finished products, Raw and pack materials “>2000+ materials & SKU’s” collaborating with manufacturing sites to maintain production recipes, Bill of materials, routing, cost structure as well as the audit process across the category. Led and co-Led SAP training classes for end users within MEA planning service center as well as the qualification process.

Managed the distribution for 27 export markets with 100% on time delivery. Managed the daily Operations of the DHL Control Tower performance and set up of the Control Tower success measures. Led weekly and monthly reviews with the stakeholders to enable 100% on shelf availability. Managed PIPO transitions with Zero out of stock situation. Led inventory target reviews as per business strategy.
