• Designing commercial Aluminum doors and windows using Softech V6 Estimating software for suppliers like Alspec, Capral, AWS, and Darley etc.• Preparing accurate bids corresponding to technical specifications for tender purposes.• Preparing material lists and fabrication reports for factory using V6 Estimating software.• Coordinating with builders, architects, supervisors to resolve execution constraints.• Proposing and Designing window-glazing units as per AS 1288 and checking them for wind loads and ensuring that the performance of glazing is as per Section J (U and SHGC Value).• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers on timely basis for the required materials ensuring the right quantity and correct finish.• Checking and verifying the shop drawings of the project.• Negotiating with multiple vendors in order to get lowest price.• Keeping a track of ongoing projects, which helps in preparing plans for future activities with the factory and site team.

• Estimation of architectural mouldings and EPS cladding systems using Cubit Estimating.• Preparing accurate quotations using Capsule and Xero (Accounting Software).• Liaising with multiple schedulers to expedite requested quotes.• Consulting with builders on a regular basis to clarify details in drawings.
