As a Technical Support Specialist at Izdiad, I provide online and offline assistance to clients and users of the learning management systems (LMS) that the company develops and implements. I have extensive experience in administering and troubleshooting Moodle and EDX LMS platforms, as well as creating and managing courses, enrollments, assessments, and reports.In addition, I work as a Technical Support at Zadilearning, a leading online learning platform in the Middle East. I also use my WordPress design skills to create and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, responsive, and attractive. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving WordPress development. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Omdurman Islamic University in Dec 2020, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, web development, database management, and software engineering.
