- Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the Social Media strategy including creation of Monthly Calendar for Trucks and Car separately.- Responsible for running marketing campaigns on different digital platforms and monitor them in order to achieve digital media targets.- Managing of budget allotted for the digital marketing of Chery Pakistan. Studying competitors' products & services, analyzing market trends & exploring ways of improving company's products and services.- Conducting product clinics & researches to obtain consumer feedback on specs & to gauge the acceptability of product line-up at various price points.- Identify the target audience of the Truck Sector and Car Sector and target them through different techniques and strategies. - Responsible for managing and oversee all the digital platforms comprehensively of both Trucks and Cars.- Responsible for creating content for Digital Media, including animations, videos, and graphical content by using Adobe Photoshop, Aftereffects, and Premiere Pro.- Actively corresponding with Automotive Publishers for PRs.

- Provide technical support to customers.- Receive the vehicle from the customer and ensure the good quality work to customer along with customer satisfaction.- Follow up the vehicle status in the workshop and provide the extra required parts to Floor in-charge after getting approval from customer.- Get the vehicle done before the promised time and inspect all the work for which the customer came.- To meet the sales target of spare parts.- To achieve the target of labor charges.- Deal warranty related cases and make warranty reports.

- Carried out the work according to Repair Order/ Job Card with the Senior Technician.- Performed PDI of new vehicles.- Performed Mechanical work, Electrical work, Wheel Alignment & Balancing, and Car A/C work.- Learn BMW's Software and diagnosed faults with the help of BMW's diagnostic system.
