Different activities that she tackled within the Administration department, • Customers’ Service and Care: through different services, such as contacting, meeting and transferring the customers from different companies who have projects with YOKOGAWA engineers or any issues with one of the departments to satisfy their needs.• Accountability: through making reservations such as Air tickets & hotels, handling telephone bills and working on YOKOGAWA vehicle sticker control Database as well as the Expense Mgt. System (EMS) to record, control and save the invoices.
