Some of my focus areas include: - Sparring partner to CFO and other Group functions to drive the maximization of shareholder return balanced with long-term change, through executing strategic and tactical levers - Oversee the Group's end-to end reporting, audit and related process / control areas, including quarterly and annual filings - Advice on innovative contracting structures to achieve financial growth or savings - lead the implementation of Group-wide CSRD reporting and controlling, along with related process and system changes - enabling technical capabilities within global finance teams by developing and delivering on internal trainings and workshops - hiring and coaching team individuals across-borders, and building knowledge / capabilities
