I work as a Game Manager at FUTURINN, a technology and innovation company. I am responsible for leading hackathons, acceleration programs and incubation programs for important organizations such as Ongame Istanbul, OGEM (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality) and Workup Gaming.My job is to manage creative game development projects and create innovative gaming experiences that are compatible with the developing technology. In this process, I focus on increasing FUTURINN's impact in the gaming space by motivating my team and ensuring the successful completion of projects.By collaborating with various game development teams, I develop strategies to achieve predetermined goals. By creating an environment that encourages creative thinking and supports innovation, I contribute to maintaining FUTURINN's leading position in the gaming industry. My role as FUTURINN's Game Manager gives me the opportunity to closely follow developments in the gaming industry and manage the company's game-based projects. In this process, I strive to achieve our goal of providing unique gaming experiences by combining technology, entertainment and innovation.

I am Marketing Manager of Lividy Games. I develop the company's marketing strategies, manage influencer deals, collaborate with other game companies and manage the preparation for investor meetings.I take the lead in building and maintaining a healthy communication with the gaming community. I also help us achieve our strategic goals by setting advertising policies.Lividy Games is an indie team developing simulation and multiplayer co-op games for the PC platform. We also produce hyper-casual and hybrid-casual mobile games. I effectively manage the marketing activities by embracing the vision of our company.

I was the owner of the YouTube channel called "Oyun Mikrofonu". Thanks to Digital Minds partnership, I overcame all the rough edges on the fair participation and YouTube side without any problems. Thanks to the fairs I attended, I networked with very talented and successful youtubers, content producers and twitch streamers. It has been one of my most important milestones in the industry.
