-Our Mission: Uplift Texas is a non-profit organization who works to provide aid for the houseless and underprivileged community in Texas.-Recruited and trained a diverse team of over 200 volunteers at universities around Texas, manage schedules, finances, social media, website and ensure a positive and productive volunteering experience.-Secured valuable partnerships with major restaurant chains to co-organize fundraising events and obtain vital financial resources and grants for the organization's programs and services.-Provide monetary and essential needs relief to over 1000 people in the underprivileged Texas community through weekly collaborations with nonprofits and universities throughout Texas.-Facilitate large monthly projects such as shoe drives where we have provided over 400 pairs of shoes to underprivileged elementary students in Austin.-Created many successful social media campaigns and website that increased community engagement by 75% implementing SEO techniques and marketing analytics.-Execute budgeting, growth forecasting, taxes, grant applications and fundraising events to manage assets and resources.

-Supported financial recovery for healthcare providers following a cyberattack on their EMR software by manually abstracting and analyzing key billing data from over 1000 patient charts. This ensured accurate financial record-keeping during a critical period.-Streamlined administrative processes on providers Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software by abstracting charts, enabling the medical team to focus on patient care during the EMR software recovery.

-Directed in a first-year academic science program that consisted over 400 first-year students and led a team of 8 employees in which was tasked to lead and train every semester.-Prepared first-year students for challenging educational experiences by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and provide lessons on key academic and personal skills sets.-Provided crisis intervention to students when serious, life-threatening situations occur or potentially could occur.-Counseled and advised students to help identify, understand, and solve personal, social, and/or behavioral problems affecting their educational studies.-Planned and conducted orientation programs and group conferences to promote the adjustments of individuals to new life experiences such as starting college.-Effectively communicated between supervisors, associates, and subordinates daily.-Presented powerpoint trainings to over 30 employees every other week.

-Directly assisted 5-6 freshmen in the College of Natural Sciences in preparing for their first year of college-Influenced approximately 45 students indirectly through the TIP student platform-Supported mentees in grasping key college concepts such as resume writing, limits, social and personal development, mental health, and more.-Received Title IX training and continued to serve as a mandated reporter.-Provide a secure environment for all TIP Scholars.

Bioactive Molecules - organic chemistry research lab in the Freshman Research Initiative (FRI)-Developed strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities while guiding a diverse group of students. Cultivated skills in project management, time management, and problem-solving.-Offered personalized mentorship to students in designing and conducting experiments, troubleshooting laboratory techniques, and analyzing data fostering their critical thinking, problem-solving, and laboratory skills. Conducted regular meetings, provided constructive feedback, and encouraged their intellectual curiosity.

-Initiated a contract uploading project to organize over 1500 of the company’s NDA files-Organized NDA files by tagging them with relevant information and transferred them to a new software.
