Manage the planning, implementation and review of the youth Electionproject in line with the project design ensuring monthly data collectionand evidence-based decision making for project quality.Maintain oversight of all aspects of volunteer recruitment, selection,training, placement and in placement support in line with RestlessDevelopment’s programmed quality standards.Foster partnerships with national and local government, private sector,civil society, and bi-lateral and multilateral agencies to ensure visibility ofthe project and synergy with sector plans.Manage and coordinate quality meetings of the national project steeringcommittee ensuring accurate programmed and financial data is providedfor high level progress tracking and project adaptation.5. Maintain oversight of the project budget and expenditure, in line withRestless Development’s policies and in accordance with the grantcontract working closely with the finance team and Partnerships Manager.Prepare quarterly reports for the management committee, and for donorsin line with contractual requirements with support from the finance teamand Partnerships Manager.Provide human resource management to your direct reports, and utilizedistance and matrix management techniques to ensure the project teamis working closely together.

Gathers all project information:- schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.Works with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.Working with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.Develops and publishes communications to project shareholdersDevelops and review project status and reports.
