DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and assist with the Maintenance, repair, calibration and testing of all JAM equipment;Repair and maintenance of equipment in a cost effective manner and in accordance with company procedures;Maintain good standard of housekeeping practices in JAM department, workshop and yard;Implement and maintain a JAM Fault log register;Implement and maintain a JAM job database;Implement and maintain an efficient inventory stocking system;Revision and modification of all JAM work Instructions to include troubleshooting;Training of technicians on how to use various JAM units;Review and report to Supervisor on all JAM jobs in Saudi Arabia Aramco.Technical support to offshore personnel;Upgrade all JAM Units so they are using the correct version of JAM software;Revise all JAM QA documentation;Improve current JAM repair and maintenance procedures;Build and design a bench mounted JAM system for the testing of JAM boards and components;Tech support for Electric Power Units;Tracking of JAM equipment location, utilization and efficiency;Document control of all JAM manuals and software;Implement annually a plan on how to improve the efficiency of the JAM department;Supervise the integration of the Jam Pro systems into Sale, and offer tech support and training;Conduct JAM Competency Assessments on Offshore employees;Maintain and update Calibration records of all Torque gauge and load cells in Q-Pulse;Responsible for the operation.Review and collaboration of the Pre Assembly JAM data;Conduct training on the CT 3000 Unit.Perform field duties when required, ( Last Man Out Basis) including:pre-job equipment checks for operation and ensure fit for purpose;safely rig up and operate TRS equipment in accordance with Company and Customer instructions;safely rig down and prepare equipment for back load;complete appropriate paper work as required; andassist with Customer inquiries as required.
