(KIABI is a BSCI, BCI Member.)• Leading the Responsible Sourcing department across India & Sri Lanka driving social compliance programs for Human life safety & Rights, benefits and transparency in sourcing factories and overall supply chain in a sustainable manner.• Supporting the sourcing business by ensuring the products are sourced from Suppliers that respect local laws• Building long term partnerships with suppliers and drive continuous improvement programs, device and implement new compliance initiatives\programs.• Driving the supplier's training on KIABI compliance practices• Conduct factory audits and develop training for suppliers to ensure the social, labor, environment, safety and ethical standard follow corporate and international standards.• Work closely with Merchandising team on strategy and goal setting related to compliance matters.
