As the Senior General Manager Operations of the Denim Division at Azgard Nine Ltd, I lead a team of over 1350 employees and oversee the entire production process from Raw Material to Finished Fabric (leading a team of managers and supervisors who are responsible for procurement, planning, executing, and monitoring the operations of the Back Process, Dyeing, Weaving, Finishing, Quality Control & Assurance, Purchase & Utilities Departments). I have been with the company for over 15 years and have successfully managed multiple projects, contracts, expansions, delivering high-quality denim products to local and international markets. I have developed a deep understanding of the market trends, customer needs, and quality standards in the apparel sector.I also coordinate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure the timely delivery and profitability of the denim products. My core competencies include problem solving, communication, trend analysis, fabric development, and quality assurance.
