•Utilise the deep, dark, and open web to find, gather, and analyse relevant data.•Research on darkweb underground posts, then produce a quick report to the customer about the findings for the industry.•Research trending campaigns, and attack vectors, and search for these in client environments.•Respond to client-specific investigation requests around software/application vulnerabilities, zero days, and security incidents•When necessary, devise and document new techniques, automation, and procedures along with the engineering leadership•Mentor junior team members and run training sessions•Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members’ strengths•Collaborate with service leadership to help grow the service•Research into social media with a focus on keeping track of client exposure across numerous platforms.
