1)Upload job description on the portal and share with all the staff members.2)Conduct all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, updating Indeed job portal timely, documentation, and any other related activity3)Schedule interviews with the concern department and shortlisted candidates and make arrangements accordingly.4)Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material5)Assist with the process of appraisals, contract renewals, salary structure changes, divisional reports, divisional memos, and any other related queries6)Prepare induction plan and share with all the departments.7)Prepare reports and presentations of various projects and tasks as & when required8)Maintain and update all personnel file in chronological order and inform employee of any missing document and follow up with him/her and ensure that employee file is completed before the first salary.9)Prepare and maintain box file of relevant documents in systematic manner.10)Check attendance on portal on daily basis and if any issue or discrepancy, bring into notice of the relevant staff and HR Manager.11)Send reminder for the probation evaluation and annual increment to the line manager and employee and ensure it is done well before time.12)Make analyses statistical data, reports, surveys and market trends to provide solutions to the organization related to employee retention, attraction, development, employee satisfaction & motivation, workplace wellness and health & safety programs13)Keep record of EOBI and have strong correspondence with EOBI department.14)Any other task assigned by the line Manager.
