Taylor Technology Systems are an established designer, installer and maintainer of security, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, power and data, and fire detection systems.Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Design, Installation and Maintenance of Integrated Security Systems across Thames Water sites in the South East of England.Duties:- Overseeing the delivery of a number of complex projects from conception to completion.- Creating project plans and mapping dependencies from bottom-up in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Define and track project milestones, ensuring that dependencies are understood and accepted by the relevant stakeholders.- Reporting on the status of projects and ensuring the appropriate governance and compliance is applied.- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of a complex range of initiatives and projects.- Planning, supporting, facilitating and monitoring progress of activities, ensuring that delivery is on track, as well as establishing mitigating activities where risks and issues may arise.- Relationship building, collaborating, negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery is achieved by the most effective and efficient means.- Ensuring the project stays on time and within budget to deliver outcomes and expectations.- Working alongside Risk Assessment and HSEQ Managers to mitigate unfavourable outcomes.

Responsible for aiding the completion of high quality gardening projects from conception to completed design.Duties:- Physical labour. Removing unwanted items from a site and resetting the space for landscaping tasks.- Hard landscaping tasks. Paving, fencing, decking, building, patios, drainage, tiling, painting, woodwork, concrete mixing etc.- Soft landscaping tasks. Laying grass, planting, irrigation, decorative elements etc.- Maintaining a clean and orderly working environment and tools.- Liasing with team members and clients in order to validate and understand tasks and design decisions.- Making loads of cups of tea.

Worked on the Design, CAD, Prototype Fabrication and Manufacturing Production of a range of innovative products that include a hybrid biomass combined heat and power system, an electric bicycle conversion kit and a smart lithium-ion energy storage pack. These products have won grants and awards from organisations such as Innovate UK, MSC and the Department for Transport for innovations in technology and design.Duties:- Using sketching and CAD tools to develop detailed assemblies tailored to project requirements.- Testing products, undertaking fabrication, metal working, wood working and physical prototyping at Blackhorse Workshop.- Liaising with the team engineers in order to validate product designs, prototypes, alterations and manufacturing.- Communicating directly with overseas production factories regarding sample making, material procurement, tool making, design alterations and quality assurance.- Developing graphic, web and video material for the Alp Tech brand.

Responsible for running design lead research projects to test YMIs’ business model. Utilised client feedback to develop preliminary design concepts, renders and prototypes.Duties:- Designing product concepts.
